A TOUR OF HISTORY

After breakfast your driver will pick you up to take you on a guided tour to Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Saint Sophia and Blue Mosque. Travel through time and see the main monuments from the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires.  After the city old tour, you will be transferred to Grand Bazaar.  

Grand Bazaar is one of the worlds largest and oldest covered markets with 61 covered streets and more then 4,000 stores on a total area of 30,700 m2.  This draws about 250,000 - 400,000 visitors everyday. In 2014, it was ranked no.1 amount the most visited tourist attractions in the world with 91,250,000 annual tourists.  The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is also regarded as one of the world's first shopping malls!  After the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.  Lunch will be at a local Indian restaurant.

The morning is at your leisure.

In the afternoon you will be picked up for your tour.  This will start with Spice Bazaar and then you will go on to the Bosphorus Cruise.  You will cross over the Bosphorus Bridge and return back.  You will then go to visit the Camilla Hill and Mosque.  After the tour you will be dropped of at your hotel for dinner at your leisure.

After breakfast you will be checking out and depart from Istanbul Airport for your flight to Cappadocia.  On arrival you will be transferred to visit red valley through Cavusin and explore the famous rock-cut churches which is a small hike 2km away.  You will then visit Cavusin village.  The old Cavusin was abandoned several decades ago due to avalanches.  The current village of Cavusin is located on the road.  Old Cavusin, with its rock-cut dwellings and stone houses had several hermitages.  In the afternoon you will drive to the Pigeon Valley.  Here you will also visit the Underground city where early Christians lived in fear and faith.  The houses in the village are constructed around nearly one hundred tunnels of the underground city.  This is one of the most interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia.  The underground city was originally carved out as eight floor, however only four floors are available to visit.  In wartime about 5000 people were refuge in them.  Te tunnels are still used today as storage areas, stables and cellars.  After the tour you will be transferred back you your hotel in Cappadocia.

In the early morning before the sunrise, you will depart for a Hot Air Balloon ride in Cappadocia. A visit of Cappadocia is not complete if you haven't seen her panoramically from the air.  Only from the air and the sunrise, can you perceive the entire harmony and beauty of the mysterious and dreamlike Cappadocia landscape.  A hot air balloon flight over Cappadocia is a special attraction that provides unsurpassed memories for a lifetime.  Give yourself a once in a lifetime adventure.  Cappadocia is the top spot for ballooning in the world and the hot air balloons have become one of the ITS icons.  After the hot air balloon ride, you will be transferred back o your hotel for breakfast.  After breakfast you will depart for your Cappadocia tour which includes Goreme Panorama, Dervent Valley and Pasabag Valley.  For your afternoon break we will make a shopping stop in which you will be able to visit the ancient arts of Turkey such as carpet weaving, leather manufacturing and jewellery.  As this will be a guided tour, you will avoid being hassled by hagglers which will enable you to enjoy the shopping experience more freely whilst gaining the knowledge of the ancient craftsmen.  After the tour you will go on a 1 hour Quad Bike Safari in Cappadocia.  After the safari you will be transferred back to your hotel.

After breakfast you will check out from your hotel and drive to Kayseri Airport for your flight to Antalya.  After arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.  You can spend the day at your leisure.

After breakfast you will depart for some sightseeing of Antalya which includes Antalya old city, old Roman Harbour, Hadrian's Gate and Karpuzkaldiran Waterfall.  After the tour you will return to the hotel for dinner at your leisure.
