SAFARI OVERVIEW

Amboseli National Park Amboseli is known as the best place in Africa for getting up close to free-ranging elephants. The population is so robust here that sightings are guaranteed! Kilimanjaro, the largest mountain in Africa and the highest free-standing mountain in the world, towers over the park like a stately and photogenic sentinel. On your game drives on Amboseli’s great horizons you can spot elephants, wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, gazelle and of course, cheetahs and lions and not to be overlooked – smaller mammals like hyena, foxes, jackals, vervet monkey and the yellow baboon abound.The bird life is equally rich especially in the park’s marshes and lakes.

And you’ll find the Maasai people in their villages spread around the park. You can visit with them and experience a truly authentic and ancient African culture.

ITINERARY

Day 1 : Arrival into Nairobi

On arrival at JKIA Nairobi meet our representative who will brief you on your safari and later transfer you to your hotel.

Day 2 & 3: Kibo Amboseli

Transfer to Amboseli National Park and enjoy some full day safaris.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha

Transfer to Naivasha Sopa Lodge or similar near Lake Naivasha.

Flamingos are lush and pink at certain times of the year where they eat abunduntly and thrive in this area. Ask us if you are wanting to see them in their natural habitat!

Day 5-7: Masai Mara National Reserve

Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve and stay at Mara Sara Game Camp.

Be in the search for the 'Big 5'!

Day 8: Departure

After breakfast, checkout and depart for Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
