SAFARI OVERVIEW
Every year, during the green season, Botswana’s zebra migration takes place between the Okavango Delta and Makgadikgadi Pans. This migration is the second-largest zebra migration in the world. Scattered herds can be seen throughout Okavango Delta and Makgadikgadi palm belt, near the salt pans, where the mineral content of grass is said to be the highest.

The contrast between the lagoons and crystal-clear waterways of the delta to the expansive salt pans and open grasslands of Nxai Pan is best seen from above.
